Leto-cau is one of the most important modern metropolis and the capital of Maneic-Brizatic's Federation after that their old respective capitals were destroyed during the great nuclear war.
Its foundation has seen the entry of huge amounts of foreign capitals aimed either to develop a rich economy system and to control the country itself in order to avoid the risk of a future secession.
To reinforce this control is also present the current headquarters of the New World Commission (NCM), intervened both to emphasize the peace finally reached between the two countries and to prevent the foreign investors with the construction's industry to cannibalize city bringing new degradation .
The NCM meet up regularly at Night Gate, a futuristic complex realized thanks to the architectural engineering of the dragon kin and inspired by the Twilight's Gates of the past.
The Night Gate was also built as an imposition of a new and more rational planning control in the use of space, as a symbol of the fight against a ravenous and crazy construction's industry.
The complex is located on the banks of river Brindij, which crosses the entire city reaching out the ex deposits of magical artifacts of the further north, now abandoned and converted into artificial lakes.
The space between the two towers of the Night Gate is often used as an important milestone for the Olympic Games and Flight's Marathons for the avians and from that point of view is possible to see the Mekhaj ancient tower dated back to the second era of Zenic civilization, located inside the park Lovtio.

Leto-cau è una delle principali metropoli moderne e capitale della Federazione Maneico Brizatica dopo che le rispettive vecchie capitali furono distrutte durante la grande guerra nucleare.
La sua fondazione ha visto l'ingresso di enormi quantità di capitali esteri atti sia a sviluppare una economia produttiva sia a tenere sotto controllo il paese stesso in modo da evitare una futura secessione.
Per rafforzare tale controllo è anche presente l'attuale sede della Nuova Commission Mondiale (N.C.M.), intervenuta sia per dar risalto alla pace finalmente raggiunta tra i due paesi sia per evitare che gli investitori esteri cannibalizzassero con l'edilizia la città portando così nuovo degrado.
La NCM si ritrova regolarmente al Night Gate, complesso avveniristico realizzato grazie all'ingegneria architettonica draconica e ispirato ai Cancelli del Crepuscolo dell'antichità.
Il Night Gate è stato costruito anche come imposizione di un nuovo controllo urbanistico più ragionato nell'uso degli spazi, a simbolo della lotta contro un'edilizia famelica e irrazionale.
Il complesso si trova sulle sponde del fiume Brindij il quale attraversa l'intera città fino ad arrivare agli ex giacimenti di artefatti magici più a nord, ormai abbandonati e trasformati in laghi artificiali.
Lo spazio tra le due torri del Night Gate viene spesso usato come tappa importante per olimpiadi e maratone di volo avian ed è possibile vedere da quella posizione l'antica torre Mekhaj risalente alla seconda epoca della civiltà Zena, situata all'interno del parco di Lovtio.
