I might always upload a without bg and with bg... Only because some people may prefer transparent over ugly backgrounds anyway. I don't like drawing them... But people has different tastes.

Anyways this is my redesign of my Vaporeon character, Nello! c: I decided to add more to his designs. Though I won't lie... Once I finished it the pattern and color combo reminds me of something... But not sure what. But color combos aren't copyright so meh. Though it's extremely hard to make unique designs.

Edit: Does Transparent just doesn't work on FA!? How dare you... it appears as black on FA. That's kind of stupid.
