SPECIES: Very fluffy Ragdoll Kitten
TYPE OF CELESTIAL: Earthborn Astronomic.
- Mittens is classed as an Astronomic due to her being an Embodiment Celestial, meaning she is the embodiment of a certain element and/or aspect.
CIRCLE OF INFLUENCE: Unconditional Love & the ability to see anyone’s heart’s truest and deepest romantic desires.
OCCUPATION: Galactic Cupid | Matchmaker
- She deals in aiding people and/or beings to their “Star-Crossed Lover” [Soulmate] or deepest desire by showing them the things that their heart needs to see in order to achieve their romantic dream. In a way she is almost like a Cupid-Genie hybrid, able to guide one to their deepest desire as well as their truest love, but is more of a Cupid due to her Embodiment status.
COMBAT PROFICIENCY: Mittens permanently wears two enchanted mittens which can be transmuted into gigantic, magically-threaded gauntlets. She also wields a bow with specialized arrows that she can utilize to cause infatuation or incite attraction.
ASSOCIATED STAR: Antares, a Supergiant star in the Scorpius constellation, has an interesting tidbit in which the arrow of it’s neighbouring Constellation Sagittarius is aiming right at the heart of Scorpius, which happens to be Antares. Whilst this is intended to be in a combat stance, in this case I take it to be Sagittarius trying to steal Scorpius’ heart, in antithesis of Mittens’ intent.
ASSOCIATED CONSTELLATION: Scorpius, the Scorpion Constellation, patron of the Scorpio zodiac. Scorpios are known for their sensuality, a trait which Mittens unknowingly has.

ETYMOLOGY: Mittens are a winter garment akin to open-finger-gloves. These were the first items Mittens ever received and thus became her nickname for she would always be seen with her beloved mittens.

AGE: PHYSICAL: Around 16 Y/O | MENTAL: Childlike but possessing wisdom beyond her years, particularly about love.

BODY STYLE: Tiny, petite hourglass. Very slender and breakable. C Cup chest, medium-width hips.

EYE STYLE: Mittens possess wide, large and innocent eyes. She has two small, white, heart-shaped pupils that glow whenever she is able to feel and/or witness somebody’s love.
EAR STYLE: She has two large fluffy kitten ears with two outward facing tufts from the tips of each ear.

HAIR COLOUR: Silvery-greyish brown, with an ombre to pale pink.
HAIR STYLE: Her hair is tied at the very end with a loose pink ribbon, flowing down to her ankles. It appears fluffy but maintains a silky appearance. There is stardust scattered throughout her hair which tends to fly out with the tiniest of movements.
CELESTIAL MARK: It is a heart-shaped rose quartz which pierces through her chest from front to back in a symbolic manner pertaining to the phrase “shot through the heart”.
TAIL STYLE: Extremely fluffy and passing her feet, topped with a large baby pink bow.
PAWPADS: Light pink, sparkly, and heart shaped. They leave behind glittery pink-copper sparkles.

> Her pink mittens. These are incredibly fluffy, resembling a plush and fuzzy material. This material has been enchanted, allowing it to stretch, grow and morph to unimaginable lengths and impossible shapes, allowing her to morph and sharpen her mittens into various types of weaponry and structures. She is also able to use her mittens to swing from structures, as a whip and bind enemies.
Her single most common transmutation with her mittens are her extremely oversized gauntlets - which she has comically dubbed “Mashy” - that are attached to her Core and controlled by her body through a single thread of material coiled tightly around both of her ring fingers, which is where her mana flows strongest. This is a reference to the Vena Amoris - Latin for “Vein of Love” - which was once believed to have been a vein that ran directly from the heart to the ring finger before the circulatory system was fully understood. In this context, a gathering of mana has formed from both ring fingers to her Core, in an essence giving Mittens her own form of Vena Amoris.
> Her Rosegold-metal bow named Aphrodite after the Greek Goddess of Love & Beauty. Enchanted to be an incredibly lightweight bow, it barely requires any strength to lift, and is decorated with ribbons.
> All of her arrows have different effects depending on the intensity of their pink hue. Red represents lust, deep pink represents true love, soft pink represents love, white represents pure love and the golden arrow she possesses is an arrow which points towards the heart’s truest unromantic desire. Her rosegold arrow is a special arrow saved for causing attraction or affection in another towards herself and her silver arrow is an arrow which causes unfaltering honesty in those it hits. These arrows do not cause harm and shatter into sparkles upon contact, leaving behind a small pink rhombus mark on the target to show her presence.

THREAD MANIPULATION
Able to manipulate her mittens physical properties, she is able to force the threads to grow, expand, morph, entrap and whip, amongst a host of other potential uses. They are also usable through her Vena Amoris.
This allows her to create her gauntlets, named Mashy, which are capable of firing energy projectiles from the fingertips and can crush her opponents through sheer overwhelming force.
MAGICAL ARCHERY
Mittens is able to harness her love energy into mana formed arrows that possess unique qualities. Her love arrows are also more likely to cause her target to be more charmed by her with each hit, making her a formidable opponent.
Mittens has an arsenal of rather comical arrows which can cause some serious harm.
- Glitter Arrow: Acting almost like a smokescreen, it can blind and hinder her enemy.
- Explosive Arrow: These arrows explode upon contact, releasing a shower of rose scented powder.
- Rose Arrow: Causes an explosion of rapid-firing Briar Roses to entangle her enemy.
RIBBON WHIP
She can morph her Mittens into a razor-edged ribbon and use it as an offensive whip, capable of grappling opponents, tearing away their weapons, finding weaknesses in armour and tripping foes from a distance.

ROSE SHIELD
She can summon a large metallic rose with a layer of thorns around it from her Core to block attacks, but it is only usable once every three minutes due to the metallic petals being rather fickle.
ALLURE
Mittens can easily charm and lure in her prey to strike them when they least expect thanks to her constant aura of attraction, acting much in the same was as pheromones. However, she can amplify this aura towards a selected target, empowering the pheromones around them in order to entrap the being.
BINDING
Able to entrap and bind her enemy with her mittens and/or thorns. However, she prefers to use her mittens, as she is most comfortable with their structure and her connection with her personal relics allows her greater flexibility when it comes to utilizing her full potential.

Within the blink of an eye, a vast field of briar thorns bursts into life, creating towering living roots covered in sharp thorns that actively seek out and entrap those foolish enough to catch the Celestial of Loves ire.
