After the love interest had run back into the apartment, he remembered thinking to himself "... today couldn't possibly get any worse... i might as well be some sort of-...." he tried to think of something, ANYTHING else to try to stop his body from doing what he feared it would. He gripped the door frame to steady himself as his body already started to alter his physique. "God no..." he whispered to himself, but it was too late, he already saw his fingers had begun to elongate and darken into a set of tentacles...
