And no, this wasn't all for me.

Why people eat things raw or almost raw is beyond me. Defeats the purpose of cooking it to begin with I think. But to each their own. But then again my mother grew me up on always cooking your food all the way, washing your hands before and after a meal, covering your mouth when you cough and never getting mad at people, just get even was her motto. hehe.
Crispy cooked bacon tastes like rehydrogenated ass. Same with a steak that's cooked beyond rare. Overcooking something changes the whole flavour profile. Including the texture.
Keep in mind though, cooking and eating is an art much like what's drawn and submitted here. Fat Furs (Remember the banner drama?) aren't for everyone, but some people like that stuff.

Who said anything about fat furs? Not I. That came far out of left plate. As for it changing the flavor of the food, maybe. Taste just fine to me if it's fully cooked, none of that nasty blood in it. I get my food fully cooked from restaurants or I sue, that's how it is. I have three forms of cooked meat. Done, burnt, charcoal. Done is cooked enough that no blood or germs survive the cooking and no signs of pink. Burnt means it's a little over cooked but still edible. And well, charcoal, you might as well send it back because even your dog won't touch that.
