Erm anyways this is kinda old, he's responsible for the other dinos I have
This is Frederick, he is responsible (along with his grandfather who will not be drawn) for the existence of the dinosaurs in my story. While his grandfather created the more untainted, "pure" species of dinosaurs and other various prehistoric life, he passed on his knowledge to Frederick. However, Frederick had other plans with that knowledge. He along with his colleagues wanted to make dinosaur hybrids and be able to use them as weapons for the military. Of course, the idea of this sounded ludicrous and silly to the government and dismissed the idea. Frederick didn't take no for an answer. He secluded his lab in the country, Prehorocvia, to work with the idea and prove the government wrong.
He worked with just the pure dinosaurs and combining them with technological weaponry parts. This failed since the brain power of an average dinosaur could not handle such technology hooked up to their nervous system. He finally tried experimenting with combining various apes with high brain power so this could work. Not satisfied, he then went to humans. They had the brain power to take commands, but with high intellect comes with free thinking, thus another backfire. Luckily he prepared for this by inserting chips inside them and keeping them from escaping the country.
He moved to bigger species, ones he thinks he can control by using a special collar. Example of these are: Chris, Al, and T-bone. It proved to be out of control.
Not giving up, Frederick grew desperate and began working on his self which backfired, thus turning him into a mutant monstrosity. In this state (for which he cannot go back from) he still is intelligent regardless to his lack of ability to communicate well and his grotesque appearance.
Frederick is hated by his experiments, those who remember the process and still have memories in their human brain (example: Wristo).
Even though, some were experimented with human traits, they can still reproduce with the same species of "pure" dinosaurs as them, and since this is sort of a mutation they can reproduce with other experiments even if they are not the same species.
