Got one myself in .40. I love this pistol due to its all machined steel. I always urge folks who insist on a damn Desert Eagle to get one of these instead.

Actually, it's not that new. While it may be marked "UZI EAGLE", the grips are still marked IMI rather than IWI.

These make me kinda sad, because they call them Eagles. But as a Jericho 941 they're pretty awesome little carry pieces. I wonder how this one would do with defensive ammo.

Extremely well. I've put a few rounds of Cor-Bon JHP through it and it shoots just as accurately and cycles just as reliably.

I don't think the Jericho 941 has a 9x18 option.It use the 9x19 Luger / Parabellum, .40S&W, .41AE and the.45ACP. A lest that what I know .

Yes and no. The Jericho 941 comes in 9x19mm and .41AE. The Uzi Eagles (freakin' retarded name) come in 9x19mm, .40S&W and .45ACP.

All the UZI Eagle's I have seen for sale have been in .40S&W.. but some day i will have one like this as well as my Jericho 941R.

Actually, it was originally known as the Jericho 941, then they switched the name to Baby Eagle, then Uzi Eagle, then back to Jericho. They changed the name to sell it based on the fame of the Desert Eagle.

From what I know, it was Uzi Eagle, which changed when the AWB outlawed anything with "UZI" in the name. Then KBI Imported them as the Jericho 941, then MRI Imported them as the Baby Desert Eagle, then KBI Started importing them for about a year before they went out of business, then Kahr bought MRI and brought them back as the "Baby Desert Eagle II" because MRI had made (rebranded) a "new" Baby Desert Eagle "Fast Action Pistol" after losing the import stuff.

I knew the official name was always Jericho, I just thought that the initial importations were marked UZI Eagle.

Mine is a 1st gen KBI import, which puts it in 1990-1991. However mine was not treated so well by the prior owner and got refinished.
While the finish (ceramic) is bad ass, I am going to get a non-modified one at some point.

I think the first year it was made it was sold only as a kit with the 9mm and .41AE springs, barrels, cleaning brushes, 2 mags for each caliber, and 1 box each of 9mm and .41AE. You probably have a 1991 model.

Granted the barrel length is only a bit shorter than the original 941. But thata the only thing really.

To be honest I wish it wasnt polygonal, and I wish it could interchange with tanfoglio barrels.

my .45 has a couple scratches. the trijicon night sights have some dings.

but the overall value is pretty damn good.

-Baby eagle version I, discontinued (version II has rail)
-trijicon night sights, still bright
-4 magazines. (2 IWI, 2 tanfoglio)
