Those of you that know me, know that I staff as a First Responder at several conventions. One of the groups I work with, called Team Medical Dragon, hands out basic little tags for putting your medical information. I decided to offer slightly more personalized ones than theirs.

How these work: You place your information on the middle part (Pink, seen center) and then the paper is folded shut. The cosmetic emblem portion is visible on the outside. Said folded paper is then laminated in a pouch, sealing all personal information inside. In the event of a medical emergency, medical personnel will snip open your tag to read your medications/allergies/concerns so that you may be treated accordingly. Keep in mind this will be the end of life for these badges.

I plan to make more species over time, but for the time being, these are what I have available. Feel free to discuss with me the possibility of the inclusion of more species!


These tags are for sale for $10. Because your private information needs to be printed inside before sealing, I can either deliver at conventions, and laminate on site for you, OR I can ship out all the supplies necessary to laminate it yourself.
