One of my favorite "Improve your OC" requests, which is where you help someone with very little artistic skill improve the design of their characters.
Their characters story being that they're a Pegasus of the crystal empire who was corrupted by a magical experiment.
This image is probably the most representative of what you could expect if your were to commission me to draw/design a pony oc, with the cost for such an image being about $20.00 to commission me for it

Sure,! it's not hard to do, did you want me to add the effect to one of your images?
cus i dont take requests at the moment, but i'd be willing to do it as a commission for about $3 if you just want the effect applied to an existing image.
But if you want me to draw a whole new image of your crystal pony oc, it'd be about $25

ah yes, I was wondering about a commission, for a whole new picture of my crystal pony,

Sure! I can do that.
Although do you want them on their own or with a background? because with a background it'd cost more depending on the complexity. like if you wanted a show-accurate fully colored background to go with your pony then it'd cost $60.00, specially with the crystal empire being so hard to draw.
but if it's just them on their own in armor then it'd be $25
or alternatively, if you;d like me to integrate them into a screen-cap from the show itself (which is much easier to do) then it's be $30.
Also do you use paypal? cus i request that commissioners pay about half in advance as a precaution.

I am alittle behind of money, (till next month,) so.. if alright, just the character by him self in the armor (the 25$ option) will be alright, and.. if you're still open I'd might get another commission in the future,

Hey, was your pony a born crystal pony? or did they move there from outside equestria?
since if they are a native crystal pony who didn't move there later on after the defeat of sombra, then they're missing a couple of traits in their reference that would show this connection, which i could add in if you want?

that looks really nice so far,
an as the question, yes an no.. he isnt really a "native" crystal pony, and later moved there to become a guard, but.. in this RP, he was from the sombra batttle all those centuries ago, so he did get stuck there when the city disappeared for 1000 years,
his actual story is sorta still being written, but yea
