Eh? Well here's a little fun fact! Proteus is a shapeshifter, he's also an artificial being - in turn, Proteus can't truly procreate for 'legitimate' children. When a male Proteus breeds with a female, the result is as if the female had just produced asexually - none of Prot's genes will be in Yogan's child! So Yogan's child, who he has named Yolanda, technically has no genetic mother :3 but Proteus will be considered as such anyway! She'll actually be very confused to hear the story when she's older.

Also this is why Freja is questioning why Yolanda looks exactly like Yogan!

For the reverse, Proteus as a female basically creates genetic clones of herself when bred, except the fathers' colours/pigments will be applied to the child, and their resemblance to Prot is usually just the eyes. So basically, Ishtar (the moth) was conceived when Proteus was a female moth, and Ishtar has colours of 2 different fathers. Freja the Zakretian only has one father, and in turn looks a lot more like her father.
