he's also slightly socially awkward but it's in an endearing way like i'm sure yours is too 8D basically we walk around his house yelling his cats' names at the tops of our lungs for no reason, laughing at each other for no reason, and making noises. for no reason. it's all good. I can be shy as well, but hopefully I'll just overcompensate by being chatty. :P I'm very chatty, and I tend to like persons [I'm not a people-person so much as a person-person, if that makes sense.] But you being quiet or some such won't effect me :D I mean, knowing that helps since I might be like "oh god oh god oh god she hates me I am annoying ;___;" otherwise, lol.

Dude, honestly, I stopped holding doors for people for a while [I am from AL] when I moved up here... but now I just do it, and sort of revel in the baffle/wonder these days. I dunno, I think I also sort of get a kick out of throwing people for a loop because they see me, then they [assuming of course 'they' aren't a jerkface of some variety] actually meet a person who's polite and will engage them in an intelligent conversation given the chance. It's 2008, but I still find people who have fun reactions to me via their perceived expectation of me as a person.
