As for the Starsweepr, she has two uncommon traits, the coattail hip feathers and a plumed tail... and I guess beadazzled horns, I'm not really sure what the 'rarity' status on that is, but I've only done it a handful of times so let's pretend it's really exclusive! Oooohh~ If you purchase this design, you'll receive the character, as well as the full res PSD (3000x2000px 100dpi) which includes the sketch, lineart, and painted layers.
