This is the hyper little puppy Celia Pyrewaltz. She is silly and she talks a lot and she likes making friends! So I went ahead and threw her at Butters' Yveltal cause she was hungry! The Yveltal seems to be pondering if the right decision was made though. Probably a good thing to ponder too, Celia's nice and friendly and probably could find meaner things to eat. Also she probably wouldn't stop talking even after gulps.
