Been feeling sick since yesterday. It's not so bad at home, but when I was at work today, I felt like I was suffocating. Had a conversation with someone super recently and it's been on my mind and making me so anxious and I was getting tired of feeling so ill at work. I'm not suicidal, not anymore for a long while at least. Just needed reality again

EDIT: Forgot to put down that, no, I'm not blaming anyone for my actions. My mind got blurred and this was an impulse.. an impulse I sure hope won't happen again. Just, memories and past scares, it can make someone lose their head for a moment ghh
