At some point over winter break I was up all night (a bit of a common theme over winter break, due to some catastrophic health stuff that was going on at the time), and scribbled out a bunch of sketches of Martin in various poses. If I'd known I was going to be so productive, I probably would have just refined one of them!
Looking back at it now there are various anatomy issues, but I'm pretty happy as a whole. Now if only I could get myself to draw his later version that's actually in the story, rather than constantly drawing his backstory.
I've always admired artists who can knock out whole sketch sheets as a commission option. It's one of my absolute favorite commission types, but I think I'd be too nervous about picking things that were OOC to ever draw one with other people's characters.
