Yeah, picarto isn't the friendliest to CPUs unfortunately. It tends to play havoc with my laptop if I try to watch streams on it (though there's an option now to toggle between flash and html5 playback now, I should see if one uses less system resources than the other)
And I didn't even think about the whole who stole the pants angle, now I'm curious too xD This was literally just a practice drawing of a random character (I didn't even know he was going to have a sling or a lack of pants until I drew it), but now that you have me thinking...
Maybe a medieval/fantasy type setting? He was traveling, camped out for the night, and woke up to find his dog poisoned and everything but the blanket he was sleeping in stolen (Why would an anthro fox have a pet dog? To make an obvious john wick reference of course!). Then being a total badass, he fashioned a sling out of torn up bits of blanket and went after the robbers. Coming soon to a theater near you?

I've tried it using my laptop and also puffin browser on my phone. Neither works very well. But I'll keep messing around with it. I like watching streams.

It's a good action movie if you like that sort of thing, I just recommend skipping the first ~17 minutes if you don't want to see the bad guys beat him up, steal his car, and shoot his dog. (I get that it's to drive the rest of the plot, but it kinda doesn't make sense since he then proceeds to kill hundreds of them with ease after that first handful roughs him up so badly)
