This was a familiar scenario for them. To Izzy, it hearkened back to her first pregnancy, with Renata. The bovine was a bit nervous, and her mother, Cecilia, was a bit unhelpful with some of her advise, as she had a clear size advantage over her daughter. As she was getting a bit stir-crazy, Valentin (or Zinaida, since the vixen did the talking) suggested some prenatal yoga. Sitting there, nervous, unsure of what to do and unfamiliar with those around her, a large horse took the last spot in the class next to her, and the two stuck up a conversation. And a love life.
Their relationship continued to carry on rather casually. They went for walks, went out to eat, shopped for clothes, showed off their collection of toys, and, eventually, met and bedded one another's husbands. Valentin was smitten with the taller mare, and Shadow, the mare's wolven husband, seemed to like the bovine that had become such good friends with his wife.
And now, their bellies swelling once more, they continued on as normal. Familiar faces in the yoga group, recurring customers if you will, they still enjoy their little dates with tea afterwards, though a local diner takes care to make room for them. Conversation varies from new books and movies, planning for the upcoming week, and even talking about their own, or each other's, husbands.
While some ask about the fathers of the children, both are, at this point, unsure of that, though are equally uncaring. The two couples have essentially joined their families and marriages together, making two large families even bigger/
The story kinda gives the context. Atlass is a good friend of mine, and you may be familiar with Dimitri and Kassandra at this point. The entire affair has lingered around "semi-canon" for quite some time, but the more I think about it the more I like it. It's fun to share a sort of expanded lore like this, after all.
This picture really is a throwback to one of the earlier RP's I had with Atlass, before Valentin and Shadow got involved. But, honestly, I mostly wanted this done because I like the swollen pregnant bellies on the both of them, and putting them into the same picture was just an easy decision to make.
