Dimitri is a puppy sized Faerie Quip who was created and kept by King Tempy.
During the time of his crafting before being brought to life his master fell asleep while working on him after enchanting his personality and a fire core, preparing his other front paw, before replacing his flawed eye. A mischievous pixie happened by at this time and decided to bring the small creature to life, flaws and all, Dimitri seems perpetually unlucky, and stumbles everywhere he goes, using his wings to keep him from falling while walking and running, though he never gets off the ground.
Despite not having all his legs, being half blind, and a bit of a magical wreck, Dimitri is a sweet soul who does his best to help his master in anything he needs. He is very brave, and never backs down, loves apples, and never leaves his master's side.
Many of Tempy's patrons call him the "Broken Boy" and feel sorry for the poor, clumsy, sweet creature.
Other mages and creators have taken to calling him "Misery" For all the experiments and projects he's made a mess of for his Master.
Tempy, however, always called him "Dear One." He rarely used his name, and was almost always exceptionally soft spoken and loving to his flawed little creation.
