Birthday gift for Fishcrow's( http://fishcrow.tumblr.com/ ). I follow them for possibly over a year now and definitely enjoy their little comics and single pieces of their funny and sometimes emotional crow character(s). I see myself in that cartoony crow every now and than when it comes to my own problems, usually anxiety.
It was Fishcrow's birthday this week so I did more practice drawing from the shoulder (using the movement of my entire arm) to draw a bunch of fishcrows. Progress from left to right with each 4 in a square formation being one A4 paper.

This method of drawing is very new to me but surprisingly I feel better about it. I'm used to redrawing things over and over again where here I mainly just kept on drawing. Besides I've never drawn Fishcrown on paper before so making mistakes is ok. I think I roughly started to get the proportions right in the last 4.
