This would be /amazing/ cast in silicone. I'm planning on doing something similar, only doing it from a 3D scan of the wearer and then sculpting over that on the computer, printing the mould parts in 3D - but I don't think that's anywhere near as awesome as actually sculpting it from plasteline as you're doing. <3
