The Board of Directors of Maxis Enterprises. They have their meetings on floor 185 within the Maxis Tower. They discuss all plans for the company and its movements as part of the Eggman Empire.

Notes:
•Vix is in charge of the financial part of the company, managing auctions, deals and sales. She is also in charge of buying out other businesses to expand the company's conglomerate empire, which makes things easier for the Eggman Empire.
•Azrus is in charge of all mechanical aspects of the company, this includes the things they distribute, their secret special weapons and the tower's defence and security. He also designed the Brain Control Drive, with help from Mordred Hood.
•Burnette is Karen's personal assistant, and is in charge of the company's monetary values.
•While not truly part of the company, Hood is invited to meetings merely for being Karen's co-Egg Boss in Eurish.
•Formerly working for Breeze Media with her own fashion label and advertising expertise, Honey was abducted by Maxis and was used as a test subject for the Brain Control Drive, a device implanted in the brain that is run using EggOS, a brain modifying software that runs like a computer, allowing for the company to effectively "reprogramme" Honey into a quiet, loyal and obedient servant.
•Fuchsia is in charge of the company's advertising and propaganda, and owns her own fashion label. She appears in holographic broadcasting posts across Empire City, which airs a lot of different advertisements, effectively making Fuchsia the public image of Maxis Enterprises, in spite of the dubiousness of the company and its main tower, which is amongst the largest in the city.


Honey belongs to Sega.
Mordred Hood belongs to Sega and Archie Comics.
Vix, Azrus, Bridget, Karen and Fuchsia all belong to me.
