I think I killed my pen inking this one. I deliberately tried to use a thicker inking style on the wings and areas where there will be more shadows. It's not as pronounced in the scan, of course. The full picture had both paws showing, but i have a large sketchbook and a slightly smaller scanner so it cut off her left foot. Sorry Gina!

Halfway through inking this I realized that drawing it felt familiar. I couldn't quite pin why, but it did. Then I browsed through her gallery looking for ref pics and found one I did about a year ago with a similar pose. Oops! This turned into a mini "quest for improvement" thing and it was interesting to compare the two and see how much my style has changed, yet remained similar.
