I will try to improve this at some point. This one took me about 30min to animate and 10min to render.

Hey it's a great start especially since it looks like you started on this only a few days ago. For advice, I'd build on Heirro's comment; it looks like you are pulling the camera in and out several times during the scene. It makes it difficult to actually see the actual growth especially with uneven growth. I suggest a slower camera, and even stationary at times to make the growth much more clear. If you want to show the growth from multiple angles, a slow pan, or even moving the camera in a hard cut would be more effective.
With a cuts you'd also have the advantage of being able to lengthen the video by rewinding slightly back in the growth from cut to cut to show part of the growth from another angle. This will let you accentuate certain parts growing (as you are doing uneven growth), and make the growth feel larger by drawing it out slightly. Make sure you don't complete rewind, or make make the size jump relative to other objects too obvious though.
Also from a technical note, the video looks incredibly compressed for the length and complexity of the scene. The uploaded file is 500kb, which is a far cry from the 10mb upload limit. Can you bump up the bitrate to make the video clearer?
