Rosie isnt a robot, all of her isnt a robot anyway, she does however have a fully robotic arm after an accident in combat. She did have to learn how to write left handed for the first few years, because she was still learning to use her robotic arm. It did come in handy however, because she learned to do her own repairs and upkeep for her robotic arm without having to have one of the mechanics help her.
