I had an idea for a humor-themed commission where my three main characters (Victor, Jaye, and Jenny) are at the theatre making comments on a cheaply-made spider-monster movie; the show was actually playing a terrible spider-invasion movie when I saw it and got the idea :P
Probably use three separate subtitles for each character's dialogue in different colors like red, green, or maybe blue for Victor; don't know where to put them without obscuring the photo in the front. A poorly animated or puppet of a spider-monster/alien playing in the front (rather than what's on the reference example) with Victor flailing his arms, spreading popcorn, Jaye at the right side with her head turned, making use of the horns, and Jenny at the left side; script draft:

Victor: "WHAT THE FUCK IS THIS?! There are 6 legs on that thing, I count them... 1-2-3-4-5-FUCKING-6!!!"
Jaye: "I've seen better movement on a crack-head hooker running from the cops..."
Jenny: "And this little angry-spider scared all the movie-goers away -._-."
