This is the high quality non-animated image of a gift I created for Zephy.
No I did not draw this, it was just about an hour of editing. I placed a nice glow effect behind the Soul Dew in the middle. The Latias' and Latios are from a single image that I was supplied from a friend a long time ago, not sure where he got it. The Soul Dew was a Pokemon Trading Card. The image of the sunrise was on DeviantArt. I did all the rest of cutting up the images and smoothing it over.
