Sergeant Karter, he was the guy that "know's someone" and usually yeah. Just don't ask for stuff that's illegal. The guy has zero morals, if you wanted or needed it done. He'd do it. Thankfully no one asked for a person to disappear, I wouldn't put it past him
Oh Karter's not scary. Just one of those "If it needs to get done, I'll get it done. Just it doesn't matter WHAT needs to get done. That's what makes him dangerous. I mean obviously he can't break physics but, I'm pretty sure someone dared him to push a tank backwards. I'd put money on him!
