Below the depths of the surface lies the hollow Earth (it has a ton of colloquial names). The unending and trecherous tunnel and cave systems have always proven to be a dangerous security threat for all nations. And within them lie countless other nations and kingdoms (making everything all the more complicated).

Among these are the Below Dwellers. The newly engaged Elven Queen Korina and Dwarven Monarch Blwrrnmg that have pledged to make the Surface Dwellers suffer.
Unfortunately, there's just a few catches with this ...
- Neither of them are recognized as royalty above or below the surface
- Neither of them have loyal subjects, though they do have delightful automated robot manufacturing machines
- The Elven Queen Korina is actually unsure of the Monarch's gender. This being due to the fact that the dwarven word for King is actually gender neutral, the dwarf gurbles rather than speaks, and the dwarf has a few nasty genetic conditions that remove distinct hair and facial structure features. She insists it's true love, though, and is quite adorable about it.
- Blwrrnmg insists that people use the Royal "We" or Royal "He" when addressing them. This has the unfortunate side effect of making Korina sound even more insane than she normally would.
- The Elven Queen Korina is honestly not quite sure if it's actually a dwarf.
