Erakir knew what was happening even as they clutched the bright stone to their chest. They'd been turned inanimate before and already they felt their mind drifting... thoughts becoming more and more difficult. As their form began to shift, they became only aware of their purpose as a tool.

Their form hardened as their mind and body alike began to copress. They were a weapon - a magical source of power, to be used by the chosen hero of the light. That was all that mattered.

Firelight stepped into the room, smiling somewhat absently. "It feels very different being in a moogle form again, kupo. I mean, I'm so used to being Mewtwo and sometimes a birdo that I'd forgotten that this is a fun form as well."

She reached out for the sword with a familiar pom-pom dangling playfully from the handle. "Well, I've never done THIS change before. Let's see how well I can use this blade, kupo!"

She took Erakir in her hand and held it aloft. Light swirled around them both as Firelight's entire outfit shifted into a battle dress, all thanks to the power of her new sword. She was among the ranks of the Magical Girls, and she had her newly-crafted sword to thank for it.

When Erakir threw their hat in the ring for another Transform Me! they had one request: the return of Moogle Firelight. That's what inspired this idea. I went into a lot of detail on this one just because I got carried away with the inspiration. *Chuckles*

I feel it also important to note that it was  virmir that originally introduced me to the idea of a "Magical Girl" transformation. As ever, you need to watch his work. He's a genius. I think this might be the first INTENTIONAL one either of us have done yet!

Come to think of it, this is kind of a META transformation - a transformation which resulted in a transformation. XD
