This is my.. alien/monster lizard and his name is Ragnok. His species I have dubbed Sirrahk

I should draw more of a ref for him but here is this thing for now.

He is more on the feral side, though he does have some bit of intelligence.. Obviously a huge inspiration would be Velociraptor (because I love them) so think like that.

His chest cavity CAN open up and there are terrible things inside, especially for anyone he chooses as his host.
