Every spell in Delyria has its corresponding species of maginaria, magical spirits that actually perform the effects of the spell in exchange for some of the caster's chroma (which, in the setting, is roughly equivalent to ch'i or atman). Each species comes in a variety of sizes, corresponding to a spell's power level, so when I draw them, I like to show what small, medium, and large ones look like.

These are Shield Maginaria, who create shimmery force-fields around things to protect them from harm. Like all white maginaria, they're shiny and streamlined, with patches of chrome and glassy transparency decorating their snow-white bodies. 1 of 4 I'll be uploading today, out of the 144 known species.
