Interesting story- I was a huge fan of this semipro football team whose fans called themselves the "Blue Army" and so the night of a playoff game I wore a pair of navy camo boxer briefs underneath my clothing as I'm watching the game. And, of course, our team loses in a massive upset and I try to avoid wearing them ever since.
By the time they were "perfect", they no longer were a "team" in any sense of the word. I have experienced much worse heartbreak but I've also seen pure joy and bliss.
Going completely non-sequitur, when the Dallas Mavericks won it all in 2011, I still remember opening the door out of the sports bar, and saw a brand new world outside in the parking lot.

Yes, of course, but what I wear on game days for good luck doesn't really matter anymore.
However, at one point, I did use to wear these during college exams and even at conventions where I hoped to get "lucky" in a different way.

I've passed some college tests but the greatest test of all, which I passed with flying colors, is the test of luck in finding this lovable coyote.
