i did this one a couple weeks ago when i was hammered sick.

Any rate, this was me trying to get a good feel for the demon lords of Heck. (again, people don't call their realm Hell, because this isn't where the soul actually goes ... despite their boastful claims)

Basically, because demons are greedy and power hungry, the grand dark lord (not pictured here, nor likely ever) has established a feudal system to keep the factions in check (and it mostly works).
- the succubus queen rules over her flock with addiction, vanity, and emotional manipulation
- the warlord keeps his legions in line with brutality and domination
- the weasel uses powerful binding magics to ensnare the greedy and foolish into contracts and intrigue

They still hate each other, but they have an uneasy truce
