Happy International Women's Day
I’m technically a day late and I started this last summer but it’s FINALLY DONE and just in time to be fashionably late LOL
Long story short I got really hooked on Polyvore for a while and made outfits for everybody. But I couldn’t see them on them until I actually drew them. So I drew them. A few of them got modified either intentionally or because I forgot stuff, but oh well.
(And no, I’m not gonna add Efi or Orisa, because this has taken long enough as it is and the canvas does not need to get any bigger lol)
Individual outfits:
Pharah - Mercy - Ana - Sombra - D.va - Symmetra - Mei - Zarya - Tracer - Widowmaker
Characters © Blizzard Entertainment
Art © SpartaDog

At first I was like "Okay, this is a nice collection of women of different builds, lifestyles, and ethnicities. I wonder how the artist uses these characters" assuming they were yours. Then I noticed Widowmaker on the right, said "wait a minute..." took another look, and realized. I don't recognize the girl with the cat shirt on though. If anything, my one critique is that Tracer kinda can't exist without her quantum stabilizer made by Winston on. That's what anchors her in time. Kind of like how Tony Stark in the Iron Man movies even when he wasn't iron man had that arc reactor jutting out of his chest.
The girl in the cat shirt is D.va, and it's been shown that Tracer can exist without physically wearing her chronal accelerator, as long as it's nearby. The Reflections comic showed her sitting on a couch in her living room with her accelerator in a different corner of the room.
Thank you!
Thank you!
Oh yeah, there are a lot! Most of OW's story is delivered through comics and animated shorts. You can find all of them here https://playoverwatch.com/en-us/media/
I just googled it and it popped right up. I found the one you were talking about too. It's weird because at first I didn't even see it nearby, and she seemed to be going an awful long time without it on too. I felt like I was playing a game of "Where's Waldo?" Looking for it. XD
So yeah, my critique is unfounded then. Though it would have been amusing if you had hid her Chronal Accelerator somewhere in the picture, like halfway off the frame in the corner somewhere or something like that. This is beautiful work, and I really enjoy it.
