...Isn't this a character from the anime "Kaiketsu Zorori"? Just like way older? Yeah, it is, they look really similar and their names are the same. He has a twin brother named Noshishi. A play on words of the name "boar" in japanese...

I'm not sure, I never watched that series before, though I believe that i heard of it. The one with the yellow fox right? I believe that he made the character up himself.
