Before commissioning me, read my FAQ, TOS, and Commission Form guidelines.

My orders span over 3 months (100 commissions; roughly 35 per month) in advance.
I have a minimum 3 month wait time from the day you paid for your commission.
4 months if I become ill or have a family emergency out of nowhere, as a cushion.
This is my full time job. But sometimes I get slower because of my health.
In order to commission me you must be over 18 years of age, it is illegal otherwise.

Please message me via PRIVATE MESSAGE on your chosen platform with the commission form.
Be sure to include everything in your form, details not included will be null and subject to a fee.
I require payment upfront via invoices before I send a sketch or start any work.
It secures your slot on my queue and ensures me you’re serious about your purchase.

Please remember to save your commission from me or ask to have it sent to your email.
I do not keep high res files on hand for more than a month because of storage space.
I clean my sta.sh and laptop every month or so because I do 40+ files of work.
I am not responsible for lost files if you do not save them. I cannot hold onto them for years.
I do try to keep a backup file on my patreon for a lot of my work, but sometimes I miss some.

Your wait time for your commission officially begins when your invoice has been completely paid.
If you have paid any amount on an invoice and decide to cancel it or can't pay the rest,
I have the right to do an equal type commission for the amount paid. No refund is guaranteed.

If you want to check in on your commission/queue slot, send me a PM addressing it first.
I'm not a very social person, so I'm not very talkative, but I do take my business very seriously. Business PMs are responded to ASAP.

I do not do non-publishable/postable commission works. No, I will not plaster watermarks all over my art, and no I will not give you one without my watermark either. I also do not do NFTs.

If you decided to sell a character or trade it while your commission is in progress, it is your responsibility - not mine. I will not track down new owners or swap character in pieces anymore. I am tired of being in the middle of trade offs and stressful situations over fictional characters. If you're prone to selling your characters or swapping them out, I'm not refunding you or playing "find the new owner". I do the art I'm commissioned for, though it might take a while, and that's that.

I will not do monetary business with people who are:
A) Underage or minor individuals.
B) Banned/Suspended off social platforms. Or ban evaders/account hopping.
C) Have extremely new accounts (under a couple weeks).
D) People I have blocked or are constantly making new accounts.

If I do not respond to your commission form:
A) You filled it out wrong. Please use the form appropriately and resubmit.
B) It has been declined and I'm not accepting it. Don't keep sending it or you're blacklisted until further notice.
C) My commissions, on a rare occasion, are closed. Look for openings via posts.

What I Will NOT Draw

---

Minors (18 and Under) in any sort of sexual, harmful, suggestive or absuive manner. If you are a MAP, I suggest you do not ever interact with me. I will blast you publicly for being a pedophile.

I do not mind drawing cute characters who are minors in fun, cute and innocent/child appropriate images. A lot of my clients have children and want to get them in pictures or get their first ocs drawn by me and that’s a-okay as long as there's an adult and the situation is purely rated G.

Vore of any sort (eating, vaginal, anal, penial, testical, etc.). I do not mind drawing characters eating dead flesh/meat/veggies/fruits/foods however. Just not fetishized. I have an eating disorder and vore really triggers something in me, I am sorry in advance!

Inflation. Bulging bellies with cum/tentacles/eggs are okay! I just don’t like the absolutely ridiculous proportions and my style does NOT fit with them. I’m okay with minor inflation.

Any sort of bodily functions outside of cum/saliva; I will absolutely not draw feces, urine, or vomit.

I do not really draw feral art. However, if I do, it is strictly SFW. I will never do NSFW feral art.

Pregnancy/Birthing. I do not mind drawing pregnant characters! I just do not want to draw fetishized birthing processes. I love drawing memorial pieces for life stages for clients!

Racism. Politics. Religion Bashing. LGBTQIA+ hate/intolerance. All for very obvious reasons.

What I Will Draw

NSFW ARTISTIC NUDE & SFW, cute things, vent art, etc.
I prefer drawing females, but I can draw some males.
I'm proficient in Humans & Anthros, but I can draw some ferals (mainly avians & dragons).

Most anything else - just ask!

I do not sell anything to minors. By accepting the terms of my contract at the end of this document down below, you are saying you're at least 18 years of age - even if your commission is completely safe for work and is innocent. If this is disputed: you are not allowed to sue me, nor accuse me of any fraud since you've entered a binding contract between yourself and I.

PAYMENTS

I only accept via PayPal. I will send you an invoice. You will agree to the payment within the designated hours or days on the invoice. You must have sufficient funds. I will not refund people within the same day of commissioning me - you should pay your bills and make sure you are safe before treating yourself to artwork. I do not refund once the lineart and flats stage have been shown. Rough Concept Sketches are partially refunded 50% when the need arises. Unless something traumatic happens and I am unable to complete your order in some satisfactory manner. I won't withhold the need to refund, but do not try and scam me.

WAIT TIME

You must be willing to wait 1-5 months for your commission (my wait time is typically 2-3 months). If there is some reason I can’t complete your commission in 5 months, I will personally upgrade it to a better quality and give you several features/alternate images to make your customer experience worth wild. Or, I can refund you fully (if I haven't started; if I have started and I am past the lining phase - then partial refunds are available).

Do not rush me, please. Scheduling depends on my daily life. I work my work around my life. Be mindful that there are more people on that list than your commission. It might be longer than the estimated wait time. Please be patient. I promise to do everything I am able to in order to get your commission done in a timely and satisfactory manner.

I have the right to finish a commission without input from a client if my WIPs and messages are ignored. You have a week or so to respond to my WIPs before I continue, and oftentimes, finish your commission. I've had people disappear for months at a time and their name lingers on my queue and I have sketches/linearts for approval but no one to approve them. I refuse to refund someone when they disappear like that. If you do not respond, I hold the right to finish it and give you a final product without your approval on the stages. I will not redo the commission. You get what you get at that point. I'm very lenient when it comes to people getting back to me. But if it gets ridiculous, I'll just completely disregard WIP stages and finish it for the sake of completion.

Despite my work schedule, you as a client are allowed to message me at any given point and ask about the status of your commission and request a WIP to see the progress. You can feel free to note me about your commission, but notice how long my list is and be patient. You will get your commission when I get to your placement slot in my queue. However, I will not work on your commission if you become annoyingly persistent (messaging me weekly for instance). It will only make me reject your commission more and eventually refund you with no reason other than to eliminate the issue entirely. I do have other clients I need to tend to. This is the quickest way to get under my skin and get voided all together.
I can always decline commissions without reasoning. If I say no, you have no reason to inquire. Sometimes, I black list people. Or more than difficult clients. If I feel like I’ll bump heads with you more than I can handle, after your first commission is completed, I’ll decline any money/bids/commissions/adoptable claims/ etc. If you feel you have been black listed, it does not mean we can’t interact. It just means I am not capable of working adequately enough to satisfy your needs as a client.

I have a right to reject your bid and take the bidder before you - even if it's a lower price. I've blacklisted people I just prefer no to work for anymore.

All images I produce are copyrighted to me.
Client characters are copyrighted to them, even though I drew them and the art is mine.
All art I produce, post and sell is copyrighted to me and is forbidden to be redistributed commercially or otherwise under federal law.

Do not upload or post my art anywhere but on the following if you purchased my work: Commissioners can upload their commissions to most all social platforms, I’m typically on all of them. Ask for my account so you can credit me properly!

You are free to print out your image and commission and frame it, make it into a badge yourself and enjoy it. You can even make stickers or put it on a mug or shirt! I have no problem with that. Please do not make multiples for resale or commercial purposes!

By agreeing to these terms of service, you’re entering a contract between me, the artist, and you, the client. If you agree, you are not allowed to sue me nor claim fraud or aggression when the terms above are applied and followed through. Thank you for your time, and enjoy the services I offer.
