CeeTee (whose full name is Opacity, but she'll not be pleased if you call her that) is a 4th grade girl who just moved into a new neighborhood with her dad after her parents got divorced and her mom lost custody of her due to a drug addiction. She's mostly a happy kid, though she's having a hard time adjusting to this whole divorce-and-new-house ordeal. Her biggest issue is the fact that her dad works all the time, and her mom's not around anymore, so not only does she miss her mom, she's stuck with a stupid babysitter all the time! (And "stupid babysitter" may well be accurate. Den, her usual babysitter and next door neighbor, is a bit negligent and would rather be listening to music than watching her many siblings and the new neighbor kid.) So CeeTee has made a fantastic new game for herself: Torture the babysitter! 8D

She's quickly made friends with Den's little sister, Bree, though, and when she's not hanging out with Bree or harassing Den, she likes to do art, because it reminds her of her mom.
