I've been wanting to finish this picture for some time now. I did a sketch of this a YEAR ago of my pet dog (Yorkshire)

Was a bit stressed inking and finishing all the late commissions that I want to post all at once, when ALL of them are done.
So I needed a small break and draw something for me. This is the final product

Is a character I created in World of Warcraft, in memory of my departed IRL dog, Kenzo, who died 2 years ago the 26th of December.

He was a great dog, and at his old age he became the "leader" of out home. He would always supervise what every1 was doing at home, followed my mom through out al the house chores, and become really "posh" barking early for the food, WHILE mom was cooking the food. Walked up to me and barked me when I was at the PC because he wanted to play. He would ONLY eat slices of turkey and ham, some times I had to offer him these while he was over the bed, and I would need to literally hand them bit by bit to him.

But we LOVED him, for all the years of happiness he gave us, so we where more than happy to "serve" him, specially during his last year. he got bitten on the neck/shoulder by a LARGE dog, got a serious infection and he needed surgery at the age of 15! he recovered nicely. he was a strong dog, but did what ever he wanted, NO one could tell him NO, and no door or barrier would stop him. He passed away because he was him self. it was a rainy day and he had to go do his things, so he walked out, got soaked t the bone, and in a mater of 5 days he got sick, his mind switched off and passed away by our side, over his pillow bed, a natural death surrounded by his loved ones. He had a great life. Had a Rottweiler as a lover and best friend, met other 3 3 dogs, and was loved by every1. Grumpy "old man" but he always cared for us and took good care of us.
