Earthquake Warriors RPG: Gordo Grande Mode: Coolest Arte
One new feature I came up with reccently was something I thought might differentiate the game from other RPGs, as well as liking the idea behind goodguy fatfurs... but not the fact that the badguys are still going to be bigger and fatter. So I came up with this idea.
Any time in a fight, assuming you have a Gordo Grande Shard, you can turn into a bigger, MUCH more powerful version of the character who used it. They get a boost to their stats (except speed which lowers), a HUGE boost to HP, and your attacks become incredibly powerful. ...However, the creature who uses this fights alone, as the fragment takes the power of the other members to power the user. This is usually best to use as a last resort when all but one or two characters are out of the match. The power of the transformed fatty is the same regardless of when you use it.
This is Arte's Gordo Grande form: Coolest Arte. He's all decked out in standard bling, including his shades, a gold tooth, a pinky ring, and a totally awesome medallion with the Japanese kanjis for the word Debu, which if it wasn't obvious enough means "Fat." While Arte doesn't look much fatter in this form, he is still much larger in this form, so his big soft frame is even better at absorbing blows.
