APoH: Happy Birthday for Gene Catlow and Howie T. Cat
So, once again, this is taking another trip way back in the Wayback Machine™, back before the year 2000. Specifically, the year 1997, when Albert Temple (Gene Catlow) was 'celebrating' his 40th birthday and Jason Furness was celebrating his 16th (I think?) birthday. This is also the last/only picture I have that involves Albert Temple's main character, Gene Catlow. I figured, seeing as I just found out about his passing not too terribly long ago, I might as well share this image here.

Thanks! Yeah, at the time, when this was more relevant (back in the year 1997) and he had just turned the big "4-0"); he was one of the oldest furries I personally knew, and I didn't want to cop out and just give Gene number candles, so I drew forty individual candles on top of his cake and just turned it all into a blazing inferno. The fire extinguisher gag, however, was not one I came up with on my own; I had seen that elsewhere and opted to borrow it for my image.
