So this is Shade both him in the past (on the left) and in the present where he resides inside of Zen as the soul of the dark flames.
Shade feeds off negative emotions such as sadness, regret, self-doubt, and basically has it easier with taking over when Zen is in a depressed state. But even so that's more so for him to take over and act like himself of which he is a laid back give no shits kind of person. When it comes to fighting however unlike his brother, Fang he enjoys fighting and wouldn't hesitate in taking another's life with his double sided scythe weapon which he can also seperate the ends and swing them around like chained kama's. And how you can tell tell if Shade is taking over Zen's body is that not only will he now have red eyes, but also his normal brown fur will turn to a now more slight darker brown color.
