You know, cougars don't always have the best common sense in some places... and their curiosity to climb often outweighs that whole common sense thing. This usually leaves them stuck in situations that seem to bother cats more than us canines ;) Perils of being outdoors at the lake means sometimes you have a cat up a tree over high water.
