I've been looking at this picture for a while now, and I think I can finally say something.

His hair, it looks so smooth and fine. I could just pet it with my hand, and it would be so slick, I think. His eyebrows, I like how they're so mysterious. They look nice, and well taken care of. Even if he doesn't take care of them, it's okay because they still look nice. His face, it looks like he has been hurt before, but could be recovering. Maybe he's looking down at a loved one? Maybe a new pet? Maybe a menu at a fancy restaurant, who knows. Also, his neck. He has a very strong looking neck, and that just makes me wonder what kind of job he might have. His name as well suits him, even if it is his third. I think you should keep this one because it seems to have a bit of story behind it, and if not, it's a well-suited name. I think he deserves it. Now, his shirts. I definitely love the calming blue colours you chose, they look very nice. He seems to have maybe a relaxed sort of feel to him, and that's definitely a plus. The stripes really add to the piece, and really make it stand out once you see them. Without the stripes, I think this drawing would be plain. His eyes, his eyes look very wise, and they also match his shirts. They seem to be the type of eyes that kind of go from light blue to grey, but that could be just me. The eyes are wonderful.

Do keep posting your humans, because I think they show the best quality, but so do your anthros/animals. Anything you post has great talent. You just don't see many people showing their human art.
