A semi-improvised scene based on sketching the railing on a street overpass and turning it sideways. Although oddly enough by this point the railing, which became the line of lamps, has more or less reoriented itself.

The rain is yellow because the lights are yellow! I suppose I could have made it light green against the sky, although even there it is being lit by yellow. You would not observe that in reality, of course, because rain ordinarily is not visible at all.
