bugzeejr made a pretty awesome image of my Tukaimon, Dus, using one of the signature moves that they are known for.

Also, interesting to note, as of this upload, there has been a correction to the translation of many digimon names due to the more comprehensive compendium of Digimon name sources.

It is no longer Tsukaimon, but Tukaimon, dropping the S.

So what does it mean?

"From both Tukai (使い) and Tukaima (使い魔), Nihon-shiki romanizations meaning "messenger" and "familiar spirit" respectively."

And that fits it to a T for what it normally is used for.
