I forget exactly what happened to prompt this. I went to Schmozy's submission to read it, and... I still don't recall.

He said this was an apology for acting like a jerk to me when I was going through a rough time. I'll take the contemporary written word as good enough, but frankly

I remember getting the art. And I remember the hugs, and the holding. So whatever it was, couldn't have been too bad.

There's a thing, it's called Negativity Bias. Its why people are more likely to complain than compliment.

Me, well - although I fall waaaay short of that mark, I try to ignore the negative and focus on the positive. Especially on things with a LOT of positives. So I focus on the good.

And that's what Schmozy is to me. Good. Laying down in bed next to him, it feels good. It feels right. So whatever it was that happened - after the immediate I must have not thought it important enough to etch into memory, compared to what happened afterwards.

Through the good and the bad, when we're hurt - we'll hold each other. That'll help heal.
