Commission for an Anubis-loving fur. Original character, but definitely very Anubis-inspired ;) I was given a lot of free reign with this character design, as you may be able to tell. I'm a firm believer that completely non-functional sexy outfits should not be reserved for only female characters. The 'weapon' is a scifi take on a shepherd's crook, not an axe or a polearm, in case that wasn't clear. I'm not sure what he plans to shepherd other than the throngs of furs checking out his booty, but hey, I'm not gonna argue.

After years of watching you draw up sexy, exotic, or stylish clothing or jewelry for Red Lantern characters or other examples like this stud I imagine many of your fans would be delighted (I know I would) as well if you opened your own jewelry and clothing line. Non-functional or not, I can't be the only one who wants to try that garment on.

Understandable, however the context of this character and the whole Egyptian mythos will be different from what we typically know and associate with. So it doesn't really matter weather or not he's more or less Anubis, he just -is- Anubis.
Some of it does use our real world mythology, but only as a rough base, from there things will be different.
The suggestion is appreciated, but this char is fairly sorted out and it won't be the usual shtick!

Interesting. Certainly a well done picture of course, but I'm also a pretty die-hard Egyptology buff. Spent all day at a museum once just translating inscriptions for fun. :P

Personaly I belive that there is no need at all to draw his private parts...( besides the go front dont they ? ) ...the angle, the look, the posture and thoose cloths are way enough capable of igniteing me. ...this is the worst drug ever... the kind you cant touch or feel ( and you never will cause THEY ARE FICTIONAL !)
