I hear ya there.... we're trying to get the kitties weights under control... bt man are they complaining about having less food.... driving us nuts

if you can try switching them to a small can of wet food every other day or so. (not purina or nine lives tho)
It's what I'm doing to help control aislynn's weight. She gets the best stuff i could find and still regularly afford, called Tiki Cat. It's not overly expensive and its REALLY good

I really can't give them wet food, they're so used to dry food that canned food gives them digestive issues
