Originally a star on the Italian Formula One racer, Lorenzo was forced to shift gears to being a MotoGP Motorcycle racing after loosing both of his legs in F1 accident. Despite the loss of his legs, Lorenzo was able to make a recovery and made headlines when he switched into the world of motorcycle racing.

When he wasn’t racing, he was the test driver for a team of engineers who were constructing an engine designed based on harnessing tachyons; however, this garnered the attention of Talon who wanted to steal the tech for themselves. In their quest to recover the data, Talon killed all of the engineers except for Lorenzo who was entrusted with the schematics of the engine, digitally hidden into his legs.

Forced to be on the run for next several months, Lorenzo learned how to fend for himself and shoot a gun in order to protect himself from Talon, but just as Talon was finally closing in on him in Dorado, Lorenzo found himself almost literally running into Tracer.

Upon realizing that Lorenzo was the one that Talon was hunting, the two were able to escape to an extraction zone where upon sharing his story with the others, Lorenzo was offered a position with Overwatch with the Attack-Class members.

While suave, he knows to keep it in his pants and prefers to respect the women around him rather than woo them. Additionally, he’s picked up a bit of mechanical engineering from his old crews, so he has assisted in the repairs of the MV-261 Orcas as well as other personal vehicles.
