I'm slowly working through these :) I'm going through a "flat color phase" right now... I dunno why, but lately I've been enjoying doing flats a lot more than the shading.

Request of Aru to draw her character in anthro form (i was given a feral reference for the markings) and have her in Dragon Rider gear. I was thinking of throwing in a dragon there too (likely a bronze or queen to go with the colors of the uniform), but I didn't have enough room in my sketchbook and I'm generally not good at drawing dragons anyway.

The sketch +Inks of this took about an hour and a half, and the coloring roughly 2-3 hours in Photoshop CS2 (I've been out of practice with photoshop, apparently. I forgot how to use a lot of the tools so it took a few tutorials to remember everything x3)

Colors and design of the uniform referenced from the cover of The Chronicles of Pern: First Fall by Anne McCaffrey 1993 softcover edition, in case anyone was wondering. It was the only book we had that actually had a decent picture of the uniforms they wore. I hope this is what Aru was looking for, regardless :)
